Roasted Oyster Mushrooms

  • 1lb of Oyster Mushrooms
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper


  1. Preheat Oven to 450F
  2. Separate Oyster Mushrooms individually and trim off woody stalk ends
  3. Grease Baking Sheet with Olive Oil
  4. Place Oyster Mushrooms on the greased baking sheet in single layer
  5. Brush Oysters with Olive Oil
  6. Sprinkle with salt & pepper
  7. Bake for 25 min total, flip at 15 min
