Lion's Mane "Chicken Nuggets"

  • 1/2lb of Lion's Mane Mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 tsp: black pepper, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder
  • Dipping sauce: 3 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp chilli sauce


  1. Chop Lion's Mane into large bite size pieces
  2. Scramble the eggs in a bowl
  3. Mix panko and spices in a bowl
  4. Dip Lion's Mane completely in egg
  5. Press the egg covered Lion's Mane into the panko mix covering all surfaces
  6. Deep Fry at 350F for 3 min
  7. Let cool and enjoy with dipping sauce
